Adam describes himself as having a short attention span. He started in the IT industry as an engineer and architect and eventually CIO.
He then moved into regulatory compliance at the NZ Inland Revenue Department where he implemented an intelligence led philosophy in the compliance function. After some time working in a global role with Oracle Corporation, he joined the NZ Financial Markets Authority to establish its strategic intelligence function.
Since leaving FMA, he serves on a number of Boards, and founded The TIC Company, NZ’s largest independent outsource provider of AML services.
